We know there are likely to be several third parties involved in your construction project – and we’ll happily liaise with them to ensure all bases are covered and all design expectations are clear from the very beginning.
Working under CDM
Working under CDM
On the commercial design side, we can manage and employ a principal designer for your project under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM).
We will inform you, as the client, of your duties and responsibilities under CDM and work with you so that you are fully compliant. Regardless of the project specs, this process needs to start with us understanding your needs and expectations so that we can better understand your requirements.

Nic eic
NICEIC – formerly known – this is one of the UK’s leading certification bodies for registered electricians and assesses competence on an annual basis. This process ensures electrical contractors are operating to high standards and that their work is checked against various standards, including the IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671.
MCS
MCS is an industry-led quality assurance scheme, which demonstrates the quality and reliability of approved products and installation companies. Being MCS certified demonstrates to your customers that you install/manufacture to the industry-expected level of quality every time
CHAS
The letters in CHAS stand for The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. You must prove you operate a safe working environment for all, according to CHAS’s industry safety standards.
