Tower Construction
Tower Construction delivers refurbishment, rebuild and renovation works for commercial and public sector clients. We’re experienced in managing complex programmes, coordinating multiple trades and maintaining strong standards of site safety and control particularly on live sites where communication and stakeholder management are key.
Our delivery is supported by consistent quality assurance processes, including inspections and documented handover procedures. We work to protect programme certainty and ensure each project is delivered to specification, with clear reporting and a professional approach that gives clients confidence from start to finish.
Tower Electrical
Tower Electrical provides installation, maintenance and compliance-led electrical services for commercial and public sector projects. We support clients across a wide range of environments from occupied commercial buildings to healthcare and education settings where safe working practices, certification and minimal disruption are essential.
Our electrical works are delivered with full testing and commissioning, supported by structured documentation and certification for compliance and audit requirements. With a strong emphasis on coordination and quality control, we ensure electrical elements integrate smoothly into the wider programme and meet the high standards expected within regulated sectors.
OVERVIEW
We deliver projects across workplace, healthcare, education, rail, defence, public sector and commercial environments, with a focus on safe, compliant performance. Our teams understand the demands of operational sites—where planning, phasing and minimal disruption are essential.
Tower Group maintains SSIP accreditation through CHAS, is registered with Constructionline, and operates with structured project controls including RAMS, competence checks and quality inspections. For rail works, we also provide appropriately trained operatives including PTS-certified personnel, ensuring safe working practices and clear site controls in line with client requirements.
We take our wider responsibilities seriously. From health & safety and environmental controls through to social value commitments, we aim to deliver in a way that supports client goals and benefits the communities we work within. We invest in training through apprenticeships and actively support local causes—such as our company charity run in support of Havens Hospice. Meet The Team
Arron Vickery
Arron leads Tower Group’s construction delivery and client relationships, ensuring projects are planned and delivered safely, professionally and to a consistently high standard. With experience across commercial and public sector work since 2005, he brings a practical approach to programme control, stakeholder management and live-environment delivery.
Arron holds an NVQ Level 6 in Management and is focused on long-term partnerships, providing reliable construction and electrical solutions supported by clear compliance, quality assurance and consistent handover standards.
Daniel Farenden
Daniel leads Tower Electrical, overseeing design coordination, installation and compliant delivery across commercial and public sector projects. He entered the electrical industry in 2005 through a full apprenticeship route and has since built extensive experience across electrical installation, BMS integration and complex commercial delivery.
Daniel is focused on ensuring Tower Electrical provides safe, fully certified work that integrates seamlessly with wider construction programmes particularly in live environments where planning, documentation and stakeholder communication are essential.
Rachael Carter
Rachael leads Tower Group’s finance and commercial administration, supporting strong governance, cost control and the smooth running of office operations. She joined the business in 2020 after managing a successful e-commerce company and became a director in 2022.
Rachael plays a key role in supporting procurement, project reporting and commercial processes, helping ensure clients receive a clear, professional and well-managed service throughout delivery.
Kelly Beer
Kelly manages the delivery of Tower Electrical’s reactive and planned works, overseeing compliance, programme coordination and budget control across commercial and public sector projects. She brings strong experience from running a successful electrical and fire alarm business, with a focus on safe delivery and clear documentation.
Kelly works closely with clients and site teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, certified correctly and delivered with minimal disruption—particularly within live environments.
Lewis Winterborne
Lewis has been part of the Tower team since 2016 and oversees day-to-day project delivery, supporting safe working practices, programme control and quality assurance on live sites. He ensures projects are well planned, well supervised and delivered to specification, with clear communication and structured site coordination throughout.
Lewis holds SMSTS and an NVQ Level 3 in Site Management, reinforcing a strong focus on compliance, safety leadership and reliable delivery.
Steve Page
Steve brings over 20 years’ experience and holds a BSc in Construction Management. He leads pre-construction and commercial planning process, drawing on his experience of for projects ranging from £5k to £15.5m, covering cost planning, procurement strategy, value engineering and contract negotiation to ensure strong commercial control from the outset.
Working closely with clients and consultants, Steve supports early engagement, programme development and risk identification. With experience in single and two-stage procurement, he helps de-risk projects before construction begins—providing confidence in cost, quality and programme certainty.
