Tower Construction

Our in-house staff and established network of sub-contractors work together closely to ensure we’re in total control of all our projects, meaning your build is always in safe hands.

At Tower Construction, we are fanatical about creating chemistry with our customers. We always ensure we’re fully accountable for the role we play in delivering successful projects for our stakeholders, time and time again. In addition, our grounded, fully considered approach means if we say we’ll do it, consider it done – on time and on budget.

Tower Electrical

Our electrical division is new to the Tower Group. However, Director Daniel Farenden and Project Manager Kelly Beer have extensive experience in the sector. This department covers a wide range of electrical needs, from initial design through to the full installation and testing. We also now offer solar panel installation and maintenance services.

All our electricians have been accredited by the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) for added peace of mind. Plus, as a NICEIC Approved Contractor, all our commercial work is fully insured, guaranteed and certified.

We specialise in bringing dreams to life with our high-end domestic renovations and extensions. Our team collaborates closely with clients, architects, and planning departments to not only meet, but exceed, all expectations. We can also provide expert guidance during the planning process.

No stone remains unturned in our pursuit to delight every customer beyond expectation. “That’ll do” won’t do; we never cut corners or take shortcuts. Our staff deliver superior quality workmanship and we always employ a consistent and reliable handover procedure that includes testing, commissioning, full reporting, and a thorough final inspection, ensuring total compliance.

Meet The Team

Arron Vickery

Director

Starting in the industry in 2005, Arron started his career at a general building company, working his way up to start his own firm several years later.

Arron is responsible for overseeing projects and overseeing relationships with our clients. He loves the challenges that the sector brings, and is particularly passionate about sustaining long-lasting partnerships with the people who choose Tower for their building and electrical needs.

Daniel Farenden

Director, Tower Electrical

Daniel also entered the trade in 2005, undertaking his 3-year electrical apprenticeship at his father’s company. 

After qualifying, he went on to work with several electrical and BMS companies over a 7-year period, with works ranging from small domestic to larger commercial installs. He then established his own business before merging with Tower Construction to deliver the full package under one roof.
 

Rachael Carter

Finance Director

Rachael supervises the day-to-day operations in the office, with a particular focus on the accounting and finance aspects of our business. 

Rachael previously managed a successful e-commerce company before taking on the management of our office in 2020, and becoming a director at Tower Group in 2022.
 

Kelly Beer

Project Manager, Tower Electrical

Kelly is the Electrical Project Manager within our specialist electrical division. Her previous experience includes running a successful family electrical and fire alarm firm. She is responsible for the delivery of reactive and planned works, compliance, budget management, looking after our team, and building a strong brand image – and she is passionate about delivering the best value and service possible for our customers.

Lewis Winterborne

Site manager

Lewis joined the Tower team in 2016 and has since undergone a series of courses to enhance his skills and knowledge, enabling him to now take on the role of project manager. With his SMSTS training, Lewis effectively oversees and manages the day-to-day on-site activities.

Tower Construction won a competitive tender to build a 3-storey block of three flats known as Stamford Court, on a highly constrained site in Romford. The project was completed to a very high standard, with no significant defects. Arron Vickery and his team were consistently professional, demonstrating excellent technical knowhow and proactive problem-solving skills. The team’s interpersonal and communication skills were equally impressive, with the contractors maintaining good neighbourly relations with everyone affected by the works. All contractual issues were dealt with perfectly transparently, making it straightforward to monitor costs and progress. I would be delighted to recommend Tower Construction unreservedly for similar (and more complex) projects.

Architect Peter Wislocki - Managing Director iARCH

Tower has been working with us since 2019, successfully completing the design and construction of one of our offices in Rayleigh, Essex. We were highly impressed with the efficiency of the project, from the initial design phase to the final construction. Tower Construction has now become one of our main construction suppliers, providing us with valuable support for our building and maintenance projects in the rail industry. We anticipate continuing our partnership with them on future projects and foresee a long-term collaboration together.

James Phipps Rail Scape -

Our business suffered a large fire in December 2022 destroying the kitchen in the back part of our garden centre. We contacted Tower construction to secure the site originally as we had worked with Arron Vickery the director 15 years prior as he was part of the team that built the garden centre originally. From start to finish we've been extremely happy with the Tower team especially working with Lewis the site manager who has worked with us to get the kitchen and garden centre up and running as it should be and we are extremely happy with what the electrical and construction team have achieved.
