Project Overview

Tower Construction was appointed following a referral based on the successful completion of a similar build at 1 Totman Close for Railscape.

The project scope included the safe removal of an existing asbestos roof from a single-storey structure, followed by the installation of a new independent steel frame to facilitate the transformation of the building into a two-storey office and storage facility.

By carefully coordinating the enabling works and structural alterations, we delivered a robust upgraded building shell ready for internal fit-out and long-term operational use.

 

Key Challenges

 

A key challenge was managing the asbestos removal safely and compliantly, ensuring all works were completed in line with relevant legislation and controlled procedures before structural works could commence.
