We successfully completed the construction and management of a new block of 6 flats. The project involved various tasks such as pile foundation installation, drainage connection into the highway, and overall project coordination. Throughout the project, we received monthly evaluations from the bank, expressing their satisfaction with the timely completion and high quality of our work.

Despite facing significant challenges, such as limited space and no parking availability on site, we diligently worked to avoid disruptions to the surrounding neighbors. We established strong relationships with the neighbors, which greatly facilitated the smooth progress of the project. Maintaining good relationships with both clients and neighbors is a key value we uphold and take pride in.
