Responsibilities

- Coordinate diverse HR programs and processes.

-Maintain employee training

-Management of subcontractors, Vetting and application

- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of employee records in the company's HR system.

- Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

- Schedule and organize interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

- Assist with payroll activities and oversee precise data entry.

- Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.

- Facilitate recruitment by advertising job openings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.

- Guide employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

- Provide general administrative support to the office.

 

Requirements

- Prior experience as an HR Administrator or similar role is essential.

- In-depth understanding of HR practices and processes.

- Familiarity with Sage software is preferred.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

-Self-motivated
