Unfortunately, both the original dwelling and the neighboring barn were destroyed by fire. The fire was so extensive that even the foundations had to be replaced. We worked closely with the client and the insurance loss adjuster to plan and prepare for the reconstruction. Construction of the larger barn began in August 2019 and was completed three months later. The new bungalow is a three-bedroom dwelling with an open-plan living area and stunning vaulted ceilings. Additionally, the larger barn provides 200 m² of storage space.
