Commercial to domestic conversion of first floor offices into no3 1 bedroom flats. This project consisted of stripping the existing offices and partition walls. We then had to upgrade the concrete floor acoustically to meet current building regulations. We had to be mindful of the offices on the ground floor as these were still live so noise and disruption had to be kept to a minimum that we achieve. The project was finished earlier than expected to the clients delight.
