"This is a project that we started in March 2023. Unfortunately, a substantial fire occurred at the garden centre located in Basildon, resulting in significant damage to the kitchen and causing major structural damage throughout a large area of the garden centre. Our role as the principal contractor included managing the principal designer responsibilities. We closely collaborated with the loss adjuster and the clients to expedite the restoration process and ensure the garden centre could reopen as soon as possible.
 
In early 2023, we completed the necessary temporary hoarding and temporary works to facilitate the reopening of the garden centre. Following that, we focused on major structural works, such as re-roofing and internal refit. Including full fit out of the kitchen and restaurant. Tower Electrical completed the fire alarm and electrical install.
